Why radiology?
I love anatomy. I have always been a visual person who enjoyed the problem-solving aspect of medicine. One of my preceptors suggested the field of Diagnostic Radiology to me in third year and it was a great fit. I enjoy doing procedures as well and there are many opportunities for that in Radiology.

Why Western? The residents at Western made me feel at home! They are a lot of fun to be around. The seniors impressed me with their depth of knowledge and competency. Also, our program director and staff are very supportive and enjoy teaching. As a bonus, there is a lot of free coffee. In terms of the city, London has a very affordable cost of living. Residents can purchase their first homes or support a family. The city is close to some beautiful National Parks and beaches and have great trails for longboarding.

Most interesting job before residency: Actress (for snack food commercials)
Favorite Movie: Fight Club
Favorite Band/Musician/Composer: Chopin and Debussy
Hobbies: Art, sewing, video games, dancing
